Yard photos
Vehicle photos can be shared through the dedicated customer support channel, normally within about one week of acquisition in the process described in our customer guidance.
Pre-shipment inspection
The vehicle undergoes the required inspection before shipment and an official inspection certificate is issued where applicable.
Vessel tracking
Customers should be kept informed with vessel details, departure information, estimated arrival dates and shipment progress updates.
Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is a key shipping document used for banking, customs registration and vehicle clearing. In the process described in our guidance, it is generally received within several working days after the vessel departs.
